- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles (Medical Assistants, Receptionists) and clinical positions (APPs and Physicians)
- Actively source passive clinical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and creative outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role nuances and hiring needs
- Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring credentialing and compliance are seamless
- Represent AFC’s mission at events and through digital engagement to grow our employer brand
- Track key metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing mix, offer acceptance) to drive continuous improvement
- 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, including direct APP and/or Physician placement
- Success in high-volume and specialized recruiting in a remote or hybrid setting
- Strong stakeholder partnership and negotiation skills
- Fluency in digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
- A growth mindset, comfort with change, and the motivation to close top talent
- Mission-driven culture with a strong focus on innovation and patient care
