- Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and procedures.
- Process patient registrations and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collect payments and verify insurance information.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area for a welcoming environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for patient care.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
